Best Seats at Oklahoma Memorial Stadium

Best Non-Premium Seats: The best seats are at Memorial Stadium for a Sooners game are in sections 127-130 which offer club level amenities, a 50 yard line view and chairback seating. Seats in Rows 1-10 of Sections 103-107 where ticket holders are treated to near midfield views and chairback seats. These sections put you right at the heart of the action with excellent sightlines and the comfort of chairback seating. The east side sections 104-106 are particularly outstanding because they’re near the midfield, have chairback seating, and proper shade in the afternoon from the press box overhang.

Best Value Seats: When deciding whether or not to go with seats in the 200 Level Sideline, there is one big trade off to consider: Is it worth battling the sun for an affordable chairback seat? All sections in this upper tier location along the east sideline feature chairback seating throughout. Even from the upper most seating tier, there are still good views to be had in Sections 229-232 where fans will be closest to midfield. The 200-level east sideline gives you chairback comfort and solid views at a reasonable price point, though you’ll be in the sun for afternoon games.

Best Budget Seats: For those looking to find a cheap ticket for an Oklahoma football game, some of the more affordable options will be found in Sections 101-102 and 108-109. You won’t have a chairback seat, midfield views, or the extra shade cast by the press box, but you’ll save significant money. Upper Level (Sections 300-330): Budget-friendly with a bird’s-eye view of the field, though farther from the action. Avoid rows at the very top for better angles. The corner sections in the lower level also offer affordable options while keeping you closer to the field action.

Tips: Seats in the shade are hard to come by in this stadium as less than 10% of the seats have some kind of shade or cover. Section 1 has covered seats in rows 59 and higher, section 124 rows 11 and higher are also covered. The top of the stadium has some cover in sections 27-35 rows 70 and higher. For shade, opt for west-side seats during day games. Oklahoma student seating is located in Sections 26-30 and provides the most energetic atmosphere if you want to be surrounded by the rowdiest fans. The Oklahoma sideline is in front of sections 4-7. The opposing sideline is in front of sections 29-32, so choose based on which team you’re rooting for.
