Williams Brice Stadium Bag Policy
The bag policy for the football stadium at the University of South Carolina, specifically Williams-Brice Stadium, requires that bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Additionally, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (like Ziploc bags) are allowed. Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap can also be taken into the venue along with one of the clear plastic bags. Medically necessary items are an exception after proper inspection.

- Cashless Venue Information: Williams-Brice Stadium operates as a cashless venue. Fans can utilize reverse ATMs stationed at the West Main Concourse, the West Upper Concourse and The East Ground Concourse. These machines allow fans to exchange cash for a debit card which can then be used at concessions
- Will Call Information: The Will Call window is situated at the Southeast Ticket Office of Williams-Brice Stadium.
- Prohibited Items: Purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, and other large bags are not allowed.
- Alcohol Policy: The possession or consumption of alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited when you enter the stadium. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry to the stadium, regardless of possessing a ticket. Beer and Wine are available for purchase throughout Williams Brice Stadium (2 per transaction) and per SEC regulations sales stop at end of the 3rd Quarter.

The Fairgrounds Located along George Rogers Boulevard, the Fairgrounds provide easily accessible parking with close proximity to the stadium. Composed of the Garnet, Black, White, Blue and Green lots, this is considered a premier place to park due to location and atmosphere. Tailgating is allowed up to five hours before and two hours after games. Note that if you select parking in the Fairgrounds, you may not be able to park in your spot during the State Fair.
The Armory Located off Bluff Industrial Road, this is a first-come, first-serve public parking lot. This is the most accessible option for non-season ticket holders who don’t have reserved parking passes.

Season Parking: Average cost is around $115 for season parking passes, which are reserved for Gamecock Club members and season ticket holders.
Individual Gameday Parking: The South Carolina State Farmer’s Market sells individual parking spaces on game days on a first-come-first-serve basis at Gamecock Park. Capital City Stadium parking costs $10 per car.
RV Parking: Available in the Fairgrounds and at Capitol City Stadium/Blowfish Park for $10 per space needed to accommodate the vehicle (no hookups available).

Have a plan in place. Just be patient, because you have to think over 80,000 individuals will travel to Williams-Brice Stadium and the roads are not designed to hold that many people at once,” said Sgt. Tyler Tidwell with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Avoid These Roads Avoid areas around Williams-Brice Stadium. Those streets include Key, Bluff, Stadium Roads, and George Rogers Boulevard. If this advice is not followed, there could be a fine of about $155 and towing.
Use the Student Shuttle A Gameday shuttle is available at no charge for USC students with a valid Carolina Card and $10 per person for the general public. Pickup locations are at the corner of Lincoln and Devine streets and The Russell House at 1400 Greene St.

Bring Clear Water Bottles Brought clear water bottles that we could fill with ice cold water from a large cooler positioned on the concourse near our seats. This is one of the best-kept secrets for staying hydrated – each fan is allowed one SEALED bottle of water, and you can refill them at ice-cold water stations throughout the concourse.
Master the Sun Strategy The west side of Williams Brice Stadium is the home side where the press box is located. On sunny days, the sun is more at your back than the east side… typically sections 5 thru 9 and 305 thru 309 will have less sun than the rest mainly because of the press box shade.

Gamecock Walk Gamecock Walk is a MUST-SEE event that happens a couple of hours before the start of each game. Fan Help Text Line Report stadium issues, unruly behavior, or requests for help by texting: “USC” [space] along with your issue and location to 69050.
Weather Protocol Should a lightning strike occur within 8 miles of the stadium, play will be stopped immediately. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the 8-mile threat radius. Fans are encouraged to exit the venue and seek shelter in their vehicles during weather delays.
